You have the S23 on stock, (non carrier branded), Samsung firmware for Europe, EUX. As mentioned previously, there have been 2 stable releases for this. These would have been OTA (Over The Air) updates from Beta. Try connecting your device to the Samsung Smart Switch PC suite on your computer and check for an update via that.

That looks to be a downgrade back to Android 5.1.1 which will wipe your device in the process. 

Go to the Members app > Beta notices > FAQ of the One UI Beta Programme > Item 11 I believe, will give you a contact number for help to get you to stable One UI 6.0.

I might have worked it out. I withdrew from the beta programme a while ago so I just opted back in. Instantly I've had a download available. It's not the latest version but hopefully it's the route to get it
