Well I'm assuming as the S23 series will be getting in peoples hands shortly
The update would follow very quickly after.

@Easty No official timeline yet, the S23 line up will have it preinstalled and other flagships should follow fairly soon. Sammy Fans do not expect it before the end of February. https://www.sammyfans.com/2023/02/01/one-ui-5-1-release-date-eligible-devices/
