Vodafone typically want to test firmware before allowing Samsung to send it out to make sure it does not clash with it's networking features and apps.
Android 12 with Samsung One Ui 4 has only just been released for some eligible models i.e the s21 but I expect the new update to hit the Fold³ December sometime, hopefully 🤞
