You don't say. But have you tried WiFi in a different place.
Is the WiFi where you are actually connected?
You say reset phone. How did you reset?
Have you reset network settings etc
What is it showing when you try to connect?
Has someone changed the password for the WiFi router?

Try a force reboot of your phone > How-to-force-reboot-your-samsung-galaxy-smartphone/

I try.done factory reset and works OK.but when phone does update .the WiFi stops working

I have same problem. After the update at the beginning of July, it doesn't work, I can't activate wi-fi and bluetooth. I did the factory reset, without solving the problem.

Just update my phone and works now.

I found a fix that worked for me! 

I went to settings, then about phone, software information, and Google play system update, installed update restarted phone and wifi/Bluetooth work perfect now
