Samsung's 6th Android 13 update has started to roll out for the Fold4 international devices, F936B. bringing with it the March Security patch.
"The March 2023 security patch from Samsung includes 39 security bug fixes released by Google. On top of those, Samsung has added 11 more fixes for security loopholes in Galaxy smartphones and tablets. That takes the total security fixes included in Samsung’s March 2023 security patch to 50. Five fixes are critical, while 35 are marked ‘high.’ Most of the Samsung-specific bug fixes are marked as ‘moderate’ priority."

It is a FOTA, (Firmware Over The Air), update and you can check... Settings > Software update... to see if it is available for you. Alternatively, you can connect to the Samsung PC suite, Smart Switch and check via that.
