Shows 5g Network access but no Internet why?

Hi there 👋, have you checked that your phones sim is compatible with 5G and you mobile plan including 5G? If so you can check if 5G is enabled in your phones network mode, you can also reset network settings by going to settings >general management > reset> tap Reset network and mobile network settings

Does this happen everywhere or in a particular area  🤔 

I'm thinking this maybe a network issue or mast congestion  !

Either speak either your network / check any network checker apps / website and kr Try your sim card in another phone. 

You could try going into Settings > Connections > Mobile Network > Network Mode > Switch to 4G/3G/2G mode and then see what happens. 

You can reset your Network Connection via Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset Network Connections
