How to change main 6 toggles in quick panel?

I've been with Android and Samsung from day 1... I have known my way around these devices for years but now I've gone from z fold 6 to z fold 7.... I can't figure out how to change the main toggles in the drop down panel?! Am I just being a mong? Please help, thanks!

Open the quick panel, press the pen icon above the Bluetooth button. Press edit and you can make the buttons whatever you want

Thanks for your reply. Right! That's what I've been doing... however, it doesn't seem to change the order of the main toggles (the toggles you see when you pull the drawer down once). I just can't figure it out?!

Just realised why, there's a sorta hidden setting for it. Get in the pen menu, press panel settings in the top left, press edit top quick settings.
