Galaxy Z fold 5 one ui 6 android 14 update battery drain issue

Its been few days since I've updated my z fold 5 with the new one UI 6.

There has been a significant battery drain and it's really frustrating. 

I've tried the reset and wiping the cache partition from the recovery boot menu, doesn't make a difference.

Optimised apps, done all and whatever needs to be done to lengthen battery life ( lower brightness,  60 display refresh , sleep apps etc etc

But still,

I'm loosing 1 percent every 2 to 3 mins with no apps open???

The z fold 5 is a new device and has had a great battery life. I don't understand what this update has done. 

I googled searched and it seems many are also having this problem. 

What have you done samsung, there appears to be some software bug with the update which severely drains the battery life. 

Reverse this now....

did the July 2024 security update few days ago and now I have severe battery drain! What should be done? Factory reset?

I'm having this exact same problem with my z fold 5 and it's been like this since yesterday

Even my charger isn't charging the device properly and it's frustrating because this all happened so suddenly as well.

Yesterdays update placed the bottom half of my Fold5 half as bright as the top, it flashes and stutters, closes programs on it's own, and moves through different options when trying to get to settings. It's nearly functionally useless. android auto no longer connects and it charges slower.

This is ridiculous. Day 1 after update (which I did just 3 days ago) I was shocked when my battery ran under 5% almsot 5 hours earlier then it normally does! Now it's to the pointing I'm on it for an hour, it's done. Charging from a laptop no longer charges, can't keep up with the draining battery.

This update is complete trash, unessasry and just ruined this fold 5.

Won't be dealing with this too much longer before I find a new phone not from samsung.

Is there any update on Z5 fold battery drain issue? Battery autonomy has been drastically decreased and thus, phone in fact is not operational...
