I had a samsung ZF3, June 23, 2023 I updated to UI 5.0. after the update the ZF3 wifi is not working at all. I went to samsung service center (Singapore) they said its LCD issue. So strange , before the update to UI 5.0 . I do not have the problem at all. But the good news Samsung Care (4/4/24) got it covered with FOC. July 5 2023, I collected my new ZF3, Staff said new LCD, new Battery installed.
Yesterday, (25 Feb 2024} because the update for UI 6.0 keep popping up on my screen. I update again my ZF3 but after the update I had new issue. A black thick line appeared right in the middle where the folding is (inner LCD). , left screen side working, the right side totally broken. I really do not know why every update of my ZF3 got issue. I am staying in Singapore.
Really waste time as I need to take 1 day leave just to send the phone again to samsung service centre.
Still got 1 month samsung care left until 4/4/24.
I hope samsung will solve this issues after updating samsung device.
