Galaxy Z Fold 4 Fold Front Screen went black

I woke up this morning to my galaxy.Z fold four front screen completely black. I can still see the small screen. But I am having trouble getting it to open up also. I can tell that the fold large screen is active. Because I can hear the touch response, but it is not viewable. I am still paying for this phone.I've had it barely two years, I had to pay over eleven hundred dollars to upgrade.  That is a verizon issue. Needless to say i'm extremely frustrated. I need this phone disappointed in its performance. I did try clearing the cache and rebooting.

My Z fold 4, used carefully (since I had a similar issue with Z fold 2), after 1.5 yrs, developed a faint line in the inner screen where it gets folded. This was a physical defect. Within 2 months the phone suddenly started shutting down and becoming unresponsive to the switch on button upon opening. It worked only with outer screen without any Audio. It was scary.

This was due to faulty inner screen, and resolved after changing the inner screen. Fortunately, this time , I had opted for a 2 yr extended warranty. Store was pushing for Fold 6, I said NO WAY
