When you say you've tried to " reset " does that mean a factory reset ?
Please try the suggestions in this thread > Galaxy-z-fold-z-flip/stuck-on-read-only-help.
It does appear from forum chatter that the update has caused this issue.
I'd suggest to send an error report to Samsung via your Samsung Members App.
