I got my Z Fold 6 today. I selected the free 1 year coverage at checkout but when I've gone into settings/samsung care it says I'm not covered. Any ideas how to activate it please?

I don't know for sure, Once signed up to your Samsung account it may activate your free year care plus. Again may need to contact Samsung on this. Steps on how to sign up to Samsung care plus in the link.

Thanks, I followed the link and it says I'm covered, but in my device settings, it's still saying not covered. I guess it will catch up at some point. Thank you!

I have same issue with my z flip 6, I selected 1 year free samsung care but on the invoice there is nothing, I try to call online team, they told me I haven't selected it yet

It's now showing up in my settings, but if I go to the Samsung Care website, it's not listed. I'm currently in contact with them, trying to prove that I bought the phone. Ridiculous!

As least it show on your phone, I can find anything, feel this is scam to me. Their online support so frustrated to communicate

Fiona this one is the UAE website link given by you. That is why some people from different country does not support care plus through this link.

Hi Fiona. It's solved. Samsung Care+ already activated. Just go to the
Settings > About phone > scrolled down to the bottom. You'll see a samsung care + option. Click on it and it will show you a complete details.1723311593876.jpg
