Fold4 - Android 12 - Not getting Pop up notifications?

I just changed phones to a 4 fold and I am not getting Pop up notifications. For example when I speak to someone on monzo my s22 used to notify me. Even on WhatsApp it says this version of Android does not support Pop ups.

 
This is a pain?
Anyone else have this issues

I'm having a similar issue. No notifications for a while, then I get a whole bunch at once
