Hello to all,
I hope someone from Samsung can intervene here since something really weird happened to my account.
So I upgraded my fold to Android 13 just yesterday and after reboot, I could not log in anymore because password was wrong (of course my password was correct!). So after many tries, I decided to do an hard reset:
during the procedure of restoring (copy data not from old device), just find out that I do not have any backup available...neither on google drive (I have it, just checked in the backup section) nor on samsung (where I explicitly set it up in the past). Another strange thing is that I tried to reconnect my smartwatch and it says that I have to reset it!
I really believe something destroyed my samsung account and now I lost everything...
Someone there?
P.S. I also opened a thread on google side for the issue on google drive.
