I have same problem. Ordered watch 8 classic and fold 7. Next day order cancelled. Now none of the discount codes work including the paypal one and customer service no help. Have reported to trading standards and advertising agency please do the same.
Samsung should not be allowed to get away with this false advertising. It looks like they are only letting their social media ambassadors orders though with all the discount anyone else is getting theirs cancelled so they don't get bad publicity

I had the some of the same issue. I tried to pre-order it, after I had done the reservation and paid £50. Although when placing the order, the £50 I paid and the free case was not automatically added to my cart. Although I was able to use the £50 off code that they sent by email. So for me, doing the "reserving" wasn't worth anything, as the only thing I got was the £50 back through the "Get £50 off" code. This is really rediculous. I tried to explain to the customer service, and they just wouldn't understand at all. And eventually they closed the chat when I was still trying to explaing. It was a very very bad experience. Tbh, it's not really the first time, getting more and more frustrated with them.
