Fold 7 Ordering Problems

Is anybody else having issues pre ordering a Fold 7? I paid the £50 for reserve a galaxy, this never shows in my basket. 3 times I've gone to check out joinging the Galaxy Club and Klarna has taken the deposit and set direct debit up, then samsung website says payment unsuccessful. Its so frustrating.

This can be due to a number of reasons.
You should have received a code to apply when ordering on the Samsung online store.
Payment declined is usually some details that are missing or something like the billing address for the card is different to the delivery address
Keep in mind if you have tried a few times in a short amount of time, you can find it gets blocked to prevent any potential fraud.
Also the ordering system will be incredibly busy. I find if I go online late evening or late night. It goes through quickly
As for any discount codes, go through your email including spam messages to see if you got sent anything

I have had the same issue. But I used my reservation code then went to check out and I end up with a error at the last hurdle. 3 times. But whats more anoying is the reservation code get wiped off and I have to ask samsung expert for another code. That takes ages as I talk to someone new everytime .

Thats exactly what has happened to me. I am sick of speaking to customer service. My reservation £50 seems to have gone now I paid for. Samsung website has never been able to deal with pre orders. Bit of a joke for a company like them.

Samsung support is absolute trash! I HAVE rang them, spoken on live chat and the live agent even made a ticket to escalate. I got an email this morning from the ticket he raised. The email was copy and pasted with part missing they were supposed to fill. The email did NOT answer a single question I asked..... now the imei for my fold6 does not work on the site anymore. Says already used as I used it on the cancelled order.

Their support is absolute trash!

I used codes like Paypal and used a trade in. Traded in a tablet and my phone.

The advert shows £935 max combined trade in so I dont understand why it isnt working for the fold7 I am trying to buy. Support provides NOOOO answers!!

THIER ADVERT LITERALLY SHOWS YOU can combine a phone and tablet for trade in! But when you do it, it get cancelled. I am not an Apple fan but seeinf how rubbish support is for Samsung I thinking of moving to Apple after owning all the latest Samsungs after the S22. I am so frustrated and annoyed. Now my pre order discount code work aswell along with my imei and support cant give a single answer. At least Apple support is A class!

Missed out on the ZLIVE code aswell as order was cancelled. Sumsung support sucks!

I am trying to pay via Paypal Credit. It gets accepted and the next day they cancel my order. Support has no answers as to what is going on!!!! Really useless.

And when I asked the agent on the phone how to complain they said there is no complaints procedure for customers!! Really sarcy and rude agent!

I have same problem. Ordered watch 8 classic and fold 7. Next day order cancelled. Now none of the discount codes work including the paypal one and customer service no help. Have reported to trading standards and advertising agency please do the same.

Samsung should not be allowed to get away with this false advertising. It looks like they are only letting their social media ambassadors orders though with all the discount anyone else is getting theirs cancelled so they don't get bad publicity
