Fold 7 Official case is Only half a case. WTF!

Just seen the official case doesn't actually come with anything that protects the front of the phone.
This is a really, really bad. What the hell were Samsung thinking? my fold 4, my sons fold 5 and my wife's Fold 6 have edge protectors for the front.

I know I only paid 50% as I pre ordered it with the phone, but still people out there would have paid full price for half a case

I have pre-ordered one, so when it arrives, it will be going back.😡

Just be mindful that promotional items need to be returned with the whole order. So you may have to return your phone too. They may not accept just the case as a return.

Really! That is even worse, but so be it if I have to. Might tell them to keep the lot if that is the case(no pun intended), that in it's self is ridiculous. Although As I got it half price, I might be able to sell it for what I got it for.

You could sell it on eBay, lol. But honestly, I think putting a full case on the Fold7 doesn't feel or look that great, so I'm not gonna use a case when I get mine

The previous folds cases could be a bit loose at times, but at least you could stick them back on. A £2000 phone with no front protection is ridiculous. I hope Samsung will replae my broken phone if I drop it with their inadwuate case.

Well spoke to Samsung online this morning apparently they can cancel the case. Will take around 48hrs. Made sure they didn't cancel the rest of the order. I have now ordered the Spigen Tough Armor Pro MagFit Case.

I just called Samsung today because I got my phone on Wednesday and I am returning this case. As a matter of fact I dropped my phone in the ground this morning and the front of my phone is now scratched up like crazy. Why the heck they only give us the back I will never know.

just wait until you get your order and then call them and return it They will send you a free label

If you got the blue phone be careful because it scratches super easy

Also they lowered the cost of the phone again so check what you paid for it and then call Samsung and ask them to price match it It went down by $100 a couple days ago
