Fold 6 text problem , no text box to write a reply or send but the tect box is there on the inside fold screen as normal . Not getting much help from samsung . Phone 6 months old not good for a £2000 mobile. Don't really want to do a factory reset, not really confident it want happen again

Have you restarted or rebooted the phone? Sometimes just a simple restart or reboot can sort issues.

Hi thanks for the reply I have done a soft restart cleared the cache, I have let Samsung take remote control by a technician

Does the same thing happen if you install the Google keyboard?

Have tried everything online I can find , like I said the I side screens work as supposed to , so frustrating for a very expensive phone with not much support from Samsung

Go to support within the members app. Send error let the developers know of your issue.

Thank you I was told when they took over my phone remotely that they would be in touch
