Fold 4 inner screen is quality issues, Samsung refuse to facing the problem and refuse to help.
Got fold 4 phone directly from Samsung, phone was used with care for my mom, who does not use that often like youngsters. Phone looks like new, no crack, no damage. Every time fold to close phone shut down. Researched online, it has quality issues on the connecting line from left side of inner screen to right side, to repair that cost $700, because the screen and hinge both has to replace to fix the problem. Unfortunately, this has become comment issue with all fold phones.
Samsung care refuse to see the phone quality issues, and ask client to fix out pocket. This is not minor issues, this is not your speaker phone is not working, you can easily repair, and move on. Samsung product has quality issues. A phone sell price at $2400 after 2 year of usage, unless your pay another $700 purchase their parts, this phone is dead, not able use at all, it shuts off all the time. A 2400 phone only good for two years? If you willing to put down 700 to repair that, get two more year for a 3100 phone? Do the math yourself! Samsung! you are not getting a penny out off me ever again!
That is not how you do your business in US, you will lose your market share with that trash quality products. If not for US limit Huawei, you won't stand a chance!

As you are based in the US you would be best to reach out to the US Samsung Forum who will be better placed to offer guidance and support.

Whilst I appreciate Samsung sell a lot of phones, their truly awful Customer Services is somewhat legendary for all the wrong reasons.

Seriously though that's the best advice you can come up with don't buy one. I don't think you realize that our problem is not with the device it's with the company who refuses to acknowledge it was their fault so the better advice would be not trust Samsung anymore

It's not that it's frequently the problem it is I almost would bet close to half of all the complaints that Samsung is getting right now. I'm telling you right now mine and most people's broke because of a gap that was left in the phone on purpose I think to make room for a case but then they didn't actually come up with a case to go with the phone they relied on other companies to make one and never took an account the fact that if any pressure will you come down on that phone even the slightest pressure it would press the two halves of the Gap towards each other and crack right down the middle
