That explains a lot. The phone may have had a different firmware flashed to it or was rooted. To check if the device is or has been rooted, install DevCheck, free from the Google Play Store, and check under the System tab to see if your device's Knox Warranty is valid, (see screenshot). There's also tons of other info about your device as well.

Your screenshot shows that the active CSC code as EUX, (stock Samsung EU), which is on Android 14, F936BXXS4EWL5. This, I believe, is the firmware you should be on. Perhaps a quick trip to your nearest Samsung Service Centre is called for to install the correct and updated firmware.

Hello your device was same as mine, but mine was still at august 2023 patch, did you solve the issue?

Is this possible that my phone was a demo phone with custom firmware? 🤔 oddly, it have a legit imei and it says that this was an official phone, also doubting coz still im at august 2023 security patch, i wonder. Btw bought this phone second hand.

Hello and welcome to Samsung forums.
Have you tried checking for the update by using the Samsung PC suite, Smart Switch?
If after connecting to Samsung Smart Switch and checking via the 3 dot Menu > Device information it still shows no update you will need to contact Samsung Support

Yes already tried the smart switch but still the same.
