So my fold is 14 months old and the protective fold screen cover got 2 air bubbles appear on the fold part of the screen, but before I could take it to Vodafone for advice the next day I opened the phone to find a black line down the fold part of the screen and nothing works.Vodafone wont repair under their 2 year warranty (which I was told when buying would cover the screen) saying even though it is a known issue the screen is not part of the warranty.
Has anyone gone to Samsung for a repair as I'm not paying £600 to repair a 14 month old phone .
Surely it's got to be a fault with the screen especially as I haven't been a heavy user, open around 4 times a day.
I'm a Samsung customer for all my phones, TVs, tablets, ear buds etc. But am now annoyed I didn't just keep with the s series phones I've never had a problem with.
