FOLD 4 -- Callers hearing echo when I'm using speakerphone in all apps except dialer.

When I use the dialer (making "regular" phone calls) I can use the speakerphone and people on the other end of the line do not hear an echo.

When using speakerphone on Facebook Messenger and other apps with a voice call feature, an echo is heard by people I'm talking to. I tried taking the case off, it didn't help. I tried turning off wifi calling, to no avail, as well. 

Is this a known issue?

Had the same problem. How I fixed it was to clear the messenger app data and cache and the I fully turned off my fold 4 for 20 seconds before turning it back on. Alternatively delete the messenger app and reinstall and turn off and back on.
