@shrugga I am sorry to hear about your Z Fold3! Who have you tried contacting? Please provide a photo of what your screen looks like, then I will be happy to look into this for you.
Also, do you still have the pre-installed screen protector on the phone?

@shrugga We never recommending removing this as we do offer a one-time only free screen protector replacement service. However, as this is the actual screen, this would now void your warranty and any repairs done will be chargeable.
You can arrange this via our Customer Services via Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram, they are open 9am to 9pm Monday to Sunday, or alternatively via 0333 000 0333, they are open 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday, then 9am to 6pm Saturday and Sunday. Hi @shrugga
Samsung apply a 2 Year Manufacturing Warranty on their phone's.
The inner factory fitted screen protector delaminated on my Samsung Z Fold³ so I removed mine after first checking with Samsung uk that this did not invalidate the warranty.
They advised if the screen was damaged in the act of removing the screen protector then it then would invalidate the warranty.
I would suggest you ask a Samsung Service Centre to assess your phone for support.
Sone of the earlier phone's came with a one time only screen replacement however I'm not sure the Fold³ did.
You would need to check with Samsung Support.
Would you let us know how you get on please.
If I can be of any further help then please don't hesitate. Take care. 😎
