FOLD 3 no sound at all

My Samsung Fold 3 totally lost all sound from the phone in just over a year of use.

I went to an Authorized Service Center and was charging me SG$700 to repair it.

An independent specialist informed me that this issue is product failure and not user issue (never dropped, screen display OK..) Samsung should understand between product failure and user issue. 

This speaker issue (no sound from call, music, ringing) means the connection cut off maybe because of the fold screen design cutting off the cable to feed the speaker. Nevertheless Samsung should take responsibility and repair this issue at no cost to customer.

I will never buy another Samsung product of any description again. They have taken no responsibility for their crappy software upgrades that stole sound from all our phones. Mine was fold 3. I now use an external speaker and transfer all calls to another phone.

Holy ***** this just worked for me i had p sound folded it and sound came back on but the problem is my front screen is completely dead man this sucks any fix to this ?

The same here. Went to service and thy asked for 700Eur. Reqired to change screen too. I guess Samsung cannot accept serial flaw since, too much money worldwide. 

We are being punished for supporting and indirectly investing in R&D of Samsung.
