Do you have a Samsung Service Centre or Samsung Experience Store near your location you can commute to @New2Sam
Other options such as Doorstep Repair Service [ Region Dependent ] or you should be abke to contact Samsung to arrange to send the phone away.
If a Network supplied the phone originally then they should have a Repair process you can ask them to initiate.
