After 2 months I seem to have a coloured 0.5cm line under the screen where the phone bends and I cannot seem to get an appointment with a local Samsung dealer!!! 
Anyone else had this issue or know how I can get an appointment as the online booking never seems to have a slot free 😫😫😫

Call Samsung Customer care helpline.
They offer collection services depending on your location.

Do you have a Samsung Service Centre or Samsung Experience Store near your location you can commute to @New2Sam 

Other options such as Doorstep Repair Service [ Region Dependent ] or you should be abke to contact Samsung to arrange to send the phone away.

If a Network supplied the phone originally then they should have a Repair process you can ask them to initiate.
