Bought 2 Flip 6 when they came out 7/2024.
Around newyear 1 Flip had lines when folding open with unresponsive innerscreen and few foldings later screen turner black.
Samsung repaired it under warranty.
Now our second Flip 6 has the same issue and repair service will come to pick Flip up for repair.
All good and under warrenty, my question is now..we are not alone with this fauld so it is a component Samsung uses in the Flip 6 that without fysical damage fails within months and of Samsung uses the same component to repair these affectief phones...isnt it possible then that this fauld will occur again.?
And that is a concern because after 2 years warrenty is finished.
A shame, i love the compact Flip phone and after owning 3 generations flip now ïm not confidend in these Flip anymore.

Hello 👋 @Mario7777
I can understand and appreciate how you may have lost a little faith in the product.
However there are thousands of people using that model of phone across the globe who may not have encountered what you unfortunately have.
Be confident that as long as the phone hasn't encountered any accidental damage and is under the Samsung Manufacturer's Warranty then there is no reason why you wouldn't be looked after.
I personally think you've been unlucky.
If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask 😎

I have the same issue. Bought the phone in Nov of 2024, from day 1 I have used a case to protect the outer covering. So there are no scratches. By Apr 2025, the main screen started showing some lines and now its completely blank. Took it to Samsung authorized service center (UBreakIFix), the guy checked the screen and identified a tiny pin head size indentation on the main screen and claimed that Samsung will not honor the warranty, so they cannot replace the screen for free and instead pointed me to use the Samsung Galaxy Assurance process to get it replaced for $200, else pay out of pocket $550 !!! 😮 :(.
This will be my last Samsung phone.
Quick update.. after my frustration with ubreakifix, I called samsung customer service, they setup appointment with same shop and this time screen was replaced with no cost to me as the phone was 5 months old. Happy that they stood behind their warranty. Will continue supporting Samsung.

if the lines are like mine , definitely it's something inside that's faulty like mine and the middle edges makes creasing sounds when folding that's a give away that it wil break sonner or later , both of my flip 6s was making a sound on both middle folding points, Samsung replaced screen under warranty.

This just started happening to my flip 6, also bought pre-order in July 2024. I thought it was due to the One UI 7 update, but it seems that it is due to the hardware. I don't even know what to do about it. I was able to get it to respond by closing the phone and powering off from the cover screen. The phone got really hot too. No issues with creaking or lines on display.

Mine got hot to, and while my partner flip6 was interrupted malfunction whit sometimes lines and non responsive inner touchscreen,..mine went from opening folding 1 time and seeing these lines , next time went completely black. I was aware that it's the same problem because of my partner his flip doing the same I opened en closed carefully my phone a few times so I would work again and it did so I managed to back things up and then factory reset..So definitely it is something to do with connection getting broken or lost while folding...moving a little bit the hinge and black non responsive screen , after successfully doing factory reset I folded the phone few times to check and yup wasn't able to successfully getting the inner screen to work, at that point a very warm phone..connect with your Samsung account , register everything you own from Samsung and ask there for warranty ., they come to your house to pick it up and few days later they bring it back.. solution replaced innerscreen and cable.
