It wobbles and when I use it my finger sticks to it and pulls it up a bit. It's fiddly and using it is really annoying. This phone cost £2k.

Anyone else experiencing this?

Is yours on the side of the phone? Reach out to Samsung using your Samsung members app. Head to the support section and ask a question. If you've had it less than 14 days then you could ask for a replacement. Otherwise, it would require inspection and possibly a repair under warranty.

If in the UK @happilyrobot then act now and ask for a replacement under the 14 days cooling off period if purchased direct from Samsung.

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.

Yes I am having issues with it wobbling....my finger doesn't stick to mine nor lift it up. I went from a fold 4 to this and it feels different for scanner

Same here. The fold 4 one was solid and didn't wobble. This just really annoys me when I use the scanner. It feels cheap.

Did you get in touch with their Samsung experts to clarify if it is normal

I asked them what their return policy is. Not if this is normal because I would trust consumers with that, not Samsung. Also I know what my fold 3 and 4 felt like and it was tight. Others have returned and then received another wobbly one. It's luck of the draw. Whether I can be bothered sending back is the issue.

Spoke with Samsung who said as long as the button doesn't protrude from the phone but is flush with phone then it's okay. Also spoke with o2 and apparently it is normal. So since both are saying it's normal, I won't exchange and just leave it

It's not normal though. If you want to return it, you should do it. O2 and Samsung will do anything to stop a return, so don't trust their word.

Tbh I wanted to have it logged with both of them...so if any issues in the future I can go back and refer to both conversations
