I would like to know how to remove/eject a USB flash drive from my Fold 4 without damaging files.

Please note that I searched extensively on Samsung sites and Fold 4 manual unsuccessfully.

Furthermore, I previously tried to post a message on your Portuguese site, but the site did not recognise my some 10 years old e-mail address, it says it is not valid!

Thank you very much for your kind help.

Cheers

hey, if your fold 4 is working visit the samsung files app and select your usb flash drive and then the 3 dots at the top right hand corner and select eject!

It should also show the USB drive in the swipe down notification bar from the top. Tap on the down arrow and it should show Unmount as an option.

By 'samsung files app' i presume you mean 'my files'. If this is right, the usb flash drive is not there.

yes I meant that, my mistake. as mentioned below it should say usb drive in notifications, if it does not, I'd presume its safe to remove from, your device.

You have multiple methods to eject / safely remove a USB device from your Samsung Galaxy Smartphone. Some of them are already mentioned here; however if you want a detailed illustrated tutorial on how to safely unmount a USB storage from a Samsung Galaxy Smartphone please follow the below link;
