So, I've had my fold 5 for about 7 months. I've never dropped it. Always keeping a case on it and a screen protector.  Never got wet. It's in perfect condition.  And Samsung is not doing anything about it. Basically go kick rocks kid! I've paid for the fold 2, the fold 3, the fold 4 and now I'm owning the fold 5. And most l8kely will be buying the fold 6. I don't understand why I'm getting told no. I never caused this burnt pixel issue. I just wish Samsung would follow the written rule of their warranty. Som2body help me out! Samsung I hope you are reading this.!!

That's quite bad. What reason did Samsung give for not repairing under warranty?1719445178279_1719445178275_0.jpg

Well they told me to go to Asurion. And Asurion told me that it's not a mechanical Failure. And I said yes it is. It's mechanical because a mechanic put it together and it failured.

I've had a problem before . And they had no issue. They just s3nt me a new one. I sent them the non working one. But that was when the 3 came out. That's another thing. I've bought 2 thru 5. That's over 4 grand.

You could try escalating this further up the Samsung Customer Support Departmental chain @SHADYMANE

Not being aware of your region means your Consumer Rights maybe different to that of mine in the UK.

For example in the Uk we have > Consumer-Rights Act- 2015.

If you have any other relevant insurance such as Home Contents Insurance, or some banks provide cover as a perk of the account then look into those.

If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask  😎
