Crashes when closed after UI 7 update

Anybody else experiencing crashing when folding since recent OS update?
Works fine on safe mode so must be the software.

After the new update , camera is not opening, and when i unfold the phone it restarts !!

What a failure , if they didnt rectify this issue before end of this week, i sill throw this piece of Junk and get google pixel, its amazing

I have just bought a Samsung Flip 7.

I can't interface with my PC. I have done numerous factory resets over the past 3 days... and I still haven't been able to transfer my music onto my new phone. My Flip 6 works fine. I can't tell you how upset I am with Samsung right now. I presume I will have to return it as it is essentially useless/broken as is.

# 3 F-ing days wasted and I'm so stressed 😞 😞 

I don't even know what UI 7 is...

I am also having this issue since the new update. The search online suggests it is generally the Flip 4s having issues with this and it is since the One AI being updated. Do you know if there is there going to be a roll out to resolve this issue Andrew?

Update Google Play Services. This seems to be the fix. It worked with my flip 6 and 7. Even if you have auto updates on, this has to be done manually. 

Update Steps 

Open the Settings app: on your Android phone or tablet.

Tap "Apps & notifications" .

Tap "See all apps": to view your installed apps.

Scroll down and tap "Google Play Services" .

Scroll down and tap "App Details" .

Tap "Update" or "Install": to begin the update process.

I honestly can’t believe what Samsung has done with this latest update.
It’s like they’re intentionally killing older models so people are forced to buy new ones — and that’s straight-up manipulation.

I’ve been using the Flip5, and ever since the new update, my phone keeps shutting down every few hours. Two days of frustration, no support, no fix, nothing from Samsung.

We trusted this brand for innovation, but this? This feels like betrayal.
If this is their idea of “progress,” count me out.

I’m done with Samsung — and I’ll make sure everyone knows how they’re treating loyal customers.
Sometimes, big brands need a reality check, and social media is the only way they listen.
