Cannot run apps on cover screen

Hello everyone,

Since couple of days I'm having some issues regarding the apps such whatsapp and YouTube running on my cover screen.

It actually says No apps allowed to run on cover screen.

On Advanced Settings I  don't have the option to allow the apps to run on the cover screen  (on the Labs section).

Did you ever get this fixed, as of a few days ago my partners phone has the exact same issues!

Video doesn't launch if using the Samsung app.

If its just using Goodlock as a work around, that's not really a fix. It's a bandaid.

Thank you, but that doesn't solve my issue unfortunately. She doesn't need every app, just messages, and the menu to enable apps on cover screen is completely gone randomly 😅😅
