So 2022 has gone and another failed Samsung launch feature promise of Bluetooth LE Audio for the ZFold and Buds2 Pro.

Shame as this is a key new tech, audio feature that's not OEM proprietary.

Anyone know ... if it will.ever happen...

@Obsydian  360 Audio Recording  is now rolling out via a Software update on the Z Fold 4 and Z Flip 4, presumably other features will follow. see more details here https://news.samsung.com/uk/new-software-updates-to-galaxy-buds2-pro-and-galaxy-watch-series-level-u...

Just received the update, tested the 360 mic, sadly upon playback it is a scratchy dalek sound.



On the plus side I like the diagnostic tool.

So updated and checked in my sons flip4 and buds2 pro all fine.
Reset my Buds pro same issue, wonder if a hardware issue.

Fortunately i tried a phone restart before going any further and it solved the issue.

One thin i noticed on both updates was the final update message says the buds will reconnect, they did not in both cases after some time, in the end i had to reconnect.
