Blue screen of death since update

So I updated my samsung yesterday then all of a sudden phone goes off and comes up with a blue screen. samsung told me to reset which i did and said installation failed any help please

Meanwhile. Are you able to connect it to the PC via smartswitch and try updating there?

smart switch wont even recognise a phone connected

Have you tried simply restarting your phone after the failed reset?
