Blacklisted phone I have Amazon invoice £700 I paid for it need help

I dont know what to do I have had this phone for about a year it got blacklisted a few months after I bought it and now is just a paper weight I have proof I paid in full for this phone it was unlocked to accept any sim and my sim is sim only, I just want Samsung to unlock it for so bad 😔

Sounds like you were sold either a phone that's been reported stolen or lost, or has unpaid monies owing against it. Is the phone second hand?
You need to contact the seller to sort this out.

Can you clarify what you've stated in your post please. 

You state  " I have had this phone for about a year "

And then say , " it got blacklisted a few months after I bought it  "

Personally I would have contacted the seller straight away and not waited 🤔 

What is showing on the phone i.e No Service  ?

Have you tried another activated sim card the phone  ?

Unfortunately, Samsung wouldn't unblock the phone as they wouldn't have placed the imei block on the phone. 

This is typically placed by the network that the phone is used on by the original owner. 

Samsung would only block a phone if it was connected to a trade in phone that then the owner hasn't sent in the trade in phone and not paid the short fall. 

Your going to need to contact Amazon if they supplied the phone @Members_rt2rY1j
