Black screen

Please help my phone is turning it self off .

What phone are you using.
If it doesn't turn on try pressing power button hold for say 15 seconds max
Then it should turn on

If not
Hold power button and volume down button
For 10 seconds
Release

It will come to a prompt screen and clear cache partition option use volume down to navigate


Once clicked on clear cache partition
Press power button it will restart

That wasn't his question, he says it keeps turning itself off not that he can't switch it on.

Did you fix this? I have a Flip 3 and since the last update I have a black screen when opening it....its asleep not off, several taps on the screen eventually wakes it up, but it's a pain. If I could uninstall the last update I would!

No i just dont close phone i use it like a non flip . i loved this phone pity its not working has it should .
