Hi there 👋 and welcome.
Have you tried wipe cache partition?
To do so you need:
Turn off your phone, plug into PC, macbook, atV USB etc.
Then press and hold power button with volume up button until samsung logo appears
Then quickly release power button and keep holding volume up button until reboot menu appears then with volume down navigate to wipe cache partition press power button and restart phone.
If that doesn't work try run in safe mode https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-to-start-my-galaxy-device-in-safe-mode/?srslti...
Also you can go settings > apps > camera > storage clear cache
If any of these won't work I suggest to content samsung customer service you can do so by going to support section on app scroll down and request repair.
