AOD widgets missing after One UI 7 update

Can anyone advise please ? I have tried everything I can find online, good lock Lockstar too. Everything works fine on lock screen but AOD just has clock and the standard bar below it

So you were right i did have version 7, I have uninstalled it but how do I install the version suggested it only gives me 7 to install

Not to worry, I found an APK and installed and I can finally see my blood sugar again at a glance without the need to interact with phone. Thankyou 👏👏👏
