I've come across this on my new Z Flip 6 in the "Samsung Visit In" section. Doesn't anyone else have this or know what i should do?

Thank you

Hello @Members_9CV0FlO and may I extend a Warm Welcome to the Samsung Community Forum 👋

No i haven't ever encountered this on my phones.

I'd suggest to contact the merchant who supplied the phone for assistance and or a swap of phone.

If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask  😎

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.

I asked Bixby and this is it's answer

"Delete PN-Agreed" means that if you withdraw from the pen-up service, your pen-up account and data will be deleted.

However, some data that needs to be stored according to related laws may not be deleted immediately. This data will be deleted after the storage period.

Hm? What's Pen-up have with this app

It sounds like the software on the phone needs to be provisioned  / updated.

If this was my situation @Members_9CV0FlO  and @Sonora I'd send this as feedback under Ask a question via the Samsung Members App.

I'm not suggesting this will affect the phone's normal day to day usage ,however I wouldn't want any issues if support is ever needed.

Hi @Members_9CV0FIO and warm welcome 👋

I do have this button, you should leave as it is as if you press it it will tell you "you shouldn't use this button anymore"

You can't uninstall the app but you can disable it in settings > apps > samsung visit in > disable.1737200738897.jpg

Thank you all so much for your replies and welcomes 🙂

It reads as though it was meant to be deleted before it went live? I think I will contact them about it. Thank you for your advice 🙂
