If I am not wrong at the moment only ZF7 is on stable Android 16 (UI8) even Google Pixels are on Beta version. It's really astonishing. Samsung has done it.
Google will anyways have it first.... they develop the software for android. Google pixle 9 have has it since early june. It would be impossible for samsung to have it first
But yes for samsung only the fold/flip the full ui8 not in beta
