TYhank you for your message and feedback. Are the issues still present after restarting your Fold4? Have you also tried deleting the cache memory through the recovery menu? If not, turn of your phone, press and hold the Volume Up, Power, and Home/Bixby buttons until you see the Android logo. After a few seconds you will enter the recovery menu. Select 'Wipe cache partition' and afterward 'Reboot systeem now'. Let us know it it worked.
