Notification issue

Phone: Samsung S20FE (2 Weeks old)

The problem which I'm having is that every time I add a contact, turn up the volume or even take a screenshot, it comes up with the notification, e.g.' contacts added' like normal however that message will then not go away, even if it's locked 😞

It's either a fault with the phone or I messed up some settings!

seems like it could be a fault with the phone I know its a pain but maybe try factory resetting it
