Note 9 saying mobile data/4g are connected but not working online since update

Help,my note 9 is saying mobile data is on and working but I have not been able to connect since yesterday's system update.I have tested the sim card and settings and all seem correct.I done a full factory reset but still nothing. Wi fi and every other function is performing as normal.Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

have you tried another sim in your note 9?

I will try and find one to try. thanks. I can still make and receive calls so the sim should be fine

does it say 4G in top corner when you turn the WiFi off?

yes all is showing as working
