You could try a full reset of your keyboard in Settings _ Apps_ Samsung Keyboard _ Location_ Clear Data.
I can't confirm this works as I haven't tried myself as I have my keyboard set up just as I want it right now.
As you use more and more emoticons they do move and drop off I believe so perhaps try that to get rid of the one that has glitched.
