Need to have wifi calling on at home due to poor network signal, but am getting fed up of the constant wifi calling notification. Surely you should be able to turn this off, but the option is frustratingly greyed out. Anyone had any success resolving this? Been through multiple different tasks with support, but no luck.

I believe it takes a bit more work, but Do Not Disturb is customisable, maybe it's worth to explore. 1744662212849.jpg

Thanks just had a look into it and IMS Service notifications are not selectable in do not disturb. Really frustrating, but looks like this is more complicated unfortunately

Well, maybe you can do something from the WiFi account if you have access to it, or just learn to ignore it...

Thanks for all the advice, not managed to stop the notification on the phone which isn't a major issue but thankfully have managed to stop IMS Service notifications going to the suunto watch. Hoping this has resolved it

I also have the same notification "WiFi Call" from IMS Service from beginning. It won't go away.1744734155825.jpg

Main problem was it coming up on my watch repeatedly, I have now managed to stop that. Still coming up on the phone, but not a major issue, I can live with that

I've had this issue since moving provider I was with O2 and never came up had WiFi option under connections area. However since moving to Lebara get this notification constantly. Apparently after months of research it appears any network using Vodafone which Lebara uses, sends the IMS notification. There's no way I can see to turn it off under phone app and phone notifications, WiFi notifications and phone services all options to turn WiFi notifications off are all greyed out. I'm at a loss and now at the point of tuning off WiFi calling the notifications are just too annoying. Seems to be a samsung issue with not being able to turn the notifications off and a carrier issue with Vodafone forcing it through.
