Network power saving stops apps using 5g. 5g doesn't really use extra power.
You have 60hz mode on. But you manually set apps individually to use 60hz. Meaning the manual setting was just kinda a waste of time.
You set your screen time out to 30 seconds then manually set every app to 15 seconds. You could have just set the phone to 15 seconds and not added every app manually
You shouldn't need to bother with all that stuff. Just use your phone like normal. Power save mode is really for if you know you'll be doing something where your phone normally wouldn't last long enough. You got a nice fancy phone then disabled all the fancy features to make it have the battery of a cheap phone.
Dark mode on and AOD off are good ideas for normal use. Setting the screen to standard refresh rate technically can use more power than high refresh rate.
Also, your phone says it's still learning usage patterns. Your phone spends a week after first use learning how you use it, then automatically adjusts power usage

Ideally you need the mix of the best experience and Battery life , Battery life is not the only priority though and indeed it will be a bit lower during the learning phase. Whilst it is your choice at the end of the day think you would have a better experience if Battery saver was activated at specific times or when using more power. can activate Bixby Routines, see some information on that here https://www.androidpolice.com/automate-samsung-galaxy-phone-bixby-routines/

The fewer the recharge cycles the longer your phone will last thereby reducing ownership costs. I've turned off more stuff that the OP including deep sleeping many apps. The phones is responsive and fine. 5G does sap battery strength especially if you live beyond 5G coverage as I do.
