Why Bluetooth is removed from S Pen in S25 ultra?

Not for the S Pen no
You can get a Bluetooth trigger to use. Various types available.
There are other ways to trigger the camera.
It's been removed because less than 1% of owners used the Bluetooth functionality. Even less use it regularly.

Rumours are back tracking, and they planning on releasing an S25 Bluetooth S pen but not stock on devices from launch.

That was a false story based on wrong information Samsung put out.
There's no support in the S25 Ultra for a Bluetooth S Pen

Nope the Bluetooth S pen has been royaly deleted by Samsung on the s25. Well for now anyway depends if enough want it back for Samsung to bring it back on the s26. Otherwise you buy a Bluetooth remote control or use the feature on the watch 7.

How do they know this though....I use mine regularly handy for little granddaughter to use as a selfie stick and swiping left right up down I'm gutted about this

Well it's in a large part the diagnostic data thats shared, but they also did surveys.
From what was said is that it was very noticeable that the function was not getting used much
I do like the camera shutter button part. But will just have to adapt now.
It's like this in the tech industry as a whole. Use it or lose it basically.
Same with the headphone jack and SD Card. Again both that I found handy to use.
But sadly in the small minority
