Upgrade

I am looking to upgrade from my s24 ultra 512gb to s25 ultra 256gb with trade it's coming to £818 and free headphones. 

But I am a member of discount for carers and it says I can get 15% off extra. But I can't find a way to do it via the samsung store app. Can someone help?

The only reason why I am thinking of trading in because I can't get one ui on samsung s24 ultra no matter how hard I try to find work arounds it's awful

You can't use the 15% employee code and the app code together.

You've never been able to do so so you're not losing the extra 5%. You are gaining the 15%
