Unlocking transition effect or animation

As mentioned in the title, even though I have those 2 options off, whenever I unlock using the pin code I always get the unlocking animation. And that doesn't happen when I use the fingerprint. I do not want any effect. Anyone knows how to fix this please?

@Hmartins: Just for clarity, have you adjusted the following settings?

Settings > Security an privacy > Biometrics > Show unlock transition effect > Off

Settings > Accessibility > Vision enhancements > Reduce animations > On

@Hmartins: As you mentioned in your initial post that you have the 2 options off, please double check to ensure that 'Reduce animations' is toggled 'ON', as this may explain why you are only experiencing an unlocking animation while using your PIN, and not your biometrics.
