Network provider supplied phones usually have network optimisation software installed on the phones. So network provider devices are not normally eligible to participate in the Beta program Could slso be that the allocation of Beta participants has reached capacity now and the Beta program is closed for new participants
Not familiar with them? But a quick search suggests that they may be from Hungary in which case you have an EU device which isn't currently eligible for beta

Yes, my wife and I both bought them from Ipon. But she was able to enroll in the beta, while I was not. The only difference is that she has a subscription-based plan for her SIM.
